WHY
Support access to vibrant local food systems and the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA), a non-profit organization founded in 1992. PASA’s consistent and driving vision has been to transform agriculture and food systems in Pennsylvania and beyond in a way that makes our farmers more viable, improves the land, and restores the health and well being of all our citizens.

Why ELSE
Because the snow kept the big Burrito team from making it to the PASA Farming for the Future Conference this February, but nothing can keep them away from Casbah on April 22!
In addition to a great meal, Executive Chef Bill Fuller and the entire big Burrito team will be recognized by PASA as recipient of the 2010 Pennsylvania Sustainable Agriculture Business Leadership Award for setting a standard of excellence among eating establishments in Western Pennsylvania by sourcing locally and sustainably grown food as a top priority.  Join us to celebrate local farming and the big Burrito Restaurant group’s entrance to an elite group of past award winners, including the White Dog Cáfe, Lady Moon Farms, the Fertrell Company, Kimberton Whole Foods and the East End Food Cooperative.

HOW
Tickets are $125, including gratuity.  Please make checks payable to PASA.  Reservations can be made directly through Casbah.  Please call 412.661.5656 or email
casbah@bigburrito.com to RSVP today!  All proceeds support PASA.
